Rental guest must be at least 27 years of age.
No UTV trailers allowed in resort per resort rules.
Dogs are allowed withm$50.00 pet deposit non refundable. Dog must be in crate when left in RV and owner is gone.
No Smoking inside RV
Quiet hours 10 PM to 7:00 AM
Parking is limited at RV. If additional parking needed,
minimum of 1 day in advance of booking
Minimum 2 night stay on during weeks, with 3 days for Memorial and Labor day and 4 days for 4th of July
Check in time after 2 PM and before 6 PM. If you need later arrival, special arrangements must be approved by Resort management
Check out before 11:00 AM. If you need later time leaving, special arrangements must be approved by Resort management
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked ewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking check-in within 48 hours of bokking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
